There are two bands called 3rd (Third) Strike. 1) Third Strike is a hardcore band from Gold Coast Australia. Debut album Tempest out on Washed Up Records. They should not be scrobbled under 3rd Strike. 2) The other is a nu-metal band from America ---Lead singer Jim Korhte along with guitarist Todd Deguchi put together a makeshift lineup for 3rd Strike in the 90's, but because of bad tours and Korthe's own problems they disbanded. Korthe and Deguchi continued writing together until they re-formed the band with PJ McMullan (drummer) and Gabe Hammersmith (bassist).
