Another way to play the solo is to improvise in a C-scale:
Notes in C-scale: C, D, E, F, G, A, B/H
C-scale on fretboard:
e:------------------------------------------------------12-13-15-17-19-20-22|
B:---------------------------------------------12-13-15---------------------|
G:----------------------------------9-10-12-14------------------------------|
D:--------------------------9-10-12-----------------------------------------|
A:----------------7-8-10-12-------------------------------------------------|
E:-0-1-3-5-7-8-10-----------------------------------------------------------|

If you are not familiar with improvising this song is good practice.
Just play somewhat random on the notes above.
