Hyena Suite was formed in October of 2001 and was originally called Discharged. Discharged contained Tom and Anthony on the guitars, Chris on bass, and Tim on drums. They started out, writing songs quickly and with determination. They got whatever shows they could, as offered to them by friends, and as replacements for bands that didn't show up at shows. After a while, they slowly gained popularity and started getting bigger shows.
