York are German dance music, record producer, and DJ brothers Torsten and Jorg Stenzel. Both brothers were involved heavily in music in their youths and Torsten had some chart success in his home country and the low countries. In 1998 the brothers teamed up to form York. York released three singles, the first of which The Awakening gained love and respect from clubbers and fellow DJs alike, reaching #11 in the UK Singles Chart in October 1999.
