The Partibrejkers (Partybreakers) are a garage rock band from Belgrade, Serbia sometimes cited as the founders of YU garage rock. It is difficult to categorize them as their influences are diverse, such as the Stooges, MC5, early Rolling Stones or New York Dolls - all spiced up with a healthy dose of blues, rhythm-and-blues (in the '50s and '60s sense - not contemporary R&B) and rock'n'roll. The Partibrejkers were formed in 1982 and released their debut album in 1985 in a two guitars + drums + vocal set (no bass), produced by Koja of Disciplina kičme.
