There are at least three acts using the initials PFM: 1) Premiata Forneria Marconi, an Italian progressive rock band formed in 1966 and still active. Some of the albums/tracks currently listed here are by this band. They tour worldwide and are one of the most known Prog Rock bands still active from the '70s english and italian progressive movement.
One of their latest albums, Stati di Immaginazione, made of instrumental only compositions is considered one of the finest examples of classic prog rock in modern times. The latest work so far: A.D. 2010, La Buona Novella (2010).
