There are at least two artists/groups called Prophet. 1. Prophet founded in the 1980s by bassist Scott Metaxas and keyboardist Joe Zujkowski; and 2. the South African, mainly Afrikaans, gospel group Prophet, comprising Koos van der Merwe and Theo Gyser. 1. Prophet was founded in 1980s by two previously members of Icarian and Tom Fuller's Rock City, bassist Scott Metaxas and keyboardist Joe Zujkowski.
