Multiple artists are known as Riff Raff. [1]. Riff Raff was Heavy Metal from Oulu, Finland. [2]. A punk band with Billy Bragg, Johnny Waugh, Wiggy, Stephen Rice and Robert Handley. In 1978, Riff Raff released their debut EP, I Wanna Be A Cosmonaut. It contained the title track plus "Romford Girls", "What's The Latest" and "Sweet As Pie". They didn't have much success and disbanded in 1980. Billy Bragg then went solo.
