Ghost of the Robot was a rock band, based in Southern California. It gained a following mainly due to its lead singer, actor James Marsters. The band was formed in April 2002. Its members were Charlie DeMars (guitar and vocals), Aaron Anderson (drums and vocals), James Marsters (lead vocals and acoustic guitar), Steve Sellers (keyboards and vocals), and Kevin McPherson (bass). The band recorded one album, Mad Brilliant, a showcase of both James and Charlies' lyric writing skills. The album was a sell-out success, as were both European tours in 2003 and 2004.
