Disambiguation: There are three acts who go by the name La Peste, one being an American punk band formed in 1976, a French industrial artist, and a Chilean screamo band. The first hailed from Boston and consisted of Peter Dayton on guitar, Mark Karl on bass, and Roger Tripp playing drums. All three members lended vocals on all tracks. The second artist also known as La peste is "one of the greatest pioneers in noize speedcore/noize/experimental music." Music ranging from complete junk to the finest fronteer pushing stuff. He left a great stamp on music, that is for sure.
