Luti-Kriss is the precursor to the Christian Metalcore band, Norma Jean. With a lineup of Josh Scogin (Vocals), Scottie Henry(Guitar), Joshua Doolittle (Bass), Daniel Davison (Drums), and Derr (Guitar), Luti-Kriss released two CDs: an EP entitled "5ep" and an LP known as "Throwing Myself." The band wanted to change the name for sometime but the label would not allow it. When the rise of hip-hop artist "Ludicris" came along, the band used that as an excuse to change their name and the label then allowed it.
