Beginning as an acoustic project throughout the earlier years of high school, Nobody Knew was formed by Eric Minardi and Cedric Gingras-Hill in Mississauga, Ontario. The two wrote and recorded a bunch of acoustic demos but never took the music they wrote very seriously. It was not until drummer Julien Jacques came into the picture that the band started to grow as a whole and took their music much more seriously. Julien helped Eric and Cedric record an EP and later on the three began writing music as a full band.
