Van Hunt is an R&B/neo soul singer, songwriter, and record producer. He first made a name for himself as a producer in the late-1990s, producing singles such as Dionne Farris' "Hopeless." Van Hunt released his first album, Van Hunt, on Capitol Records in 2004, which includes the singles "Seconds of Pleasure," "Dust," and "Down Here in Hell (With You)." Van's sophomore album, On The Jungle Floor, is was released April 4th, 2006. The album is preceded by the single, "Character."
