Vega4 were a four-piece band formed in London. Johnny McDaid was the band's lead vocalist and was joined on guitar by Bruce Gainsford. Gavin Fox was the band's bassist while Bryan McLellan played the drums. The band announced its breakup in February 2008. McDaid and Fox are from Ireland, McLellan is from Canada, where he is regarded as one of the country's top drummers, and Gainsford is from New Zealand. Vega4 is signed to Columbia Records in the UK, Epic Records in the USA, and has an album You and Others produced by Jacknife Lee (U2, Snow Patrol, Bloc Party).
