Rock band from Mexico, Las victimas del Doctor Cerebro alongside with other Mexican rock-fusion (punk, ska, metal) bands got a lot of attention in earlier 90's. Victimas still play and records albums but they don't get too much attention now. The band is named after El Doctor Cerebro a villian character from 1958's movie film "Santo Contra el Cerebro del Mal".
