alright, people are making this song way too complicated. the guitar solos are the only
i haven't sat down and figured out yet. but the rest of it is just a few basic chords
barre chords. try this and see if it sounds better than those others. it does to me.

b.c = barre chord

      (b.c) (b.c)
   E G G G E G G G G E
E-----3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------------3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------|
B-----3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------------3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------|
G--1--4-4-4--1----4-4-4-4--1------1--4-4-4--1----4-4-4-4--1---|
D--2--5-5-5--2----5-5-5-5--2------2--5-5-5--2----5-5-5-5--2---|
A--2--5-5-5--2----5-5-5-5--2------2--5-5-5--2----5-5-5-5--2---|
E-----3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------------3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------|

   (b.c) (b.c)
   A A A G A A A G E G G G E G G G G E
E--5-5-5--3---5-5-5--3---------3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------|
B--5-5-5--3---5-5-5--3---------3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------|
G--6-6-6--4---6-6-6--4------1--4-4-4--1----4-4-4-4--1---|
D--7-7-7--5---7-7-7--5------2--5-5-5--2----5-5-5-5--2---|
A--7-7-7--5---7-7-7--5------2--5-5-5--2----5-5-5-5--2---|
E--5-5-5--3---5-5-5--3---------3-3-3-------3-3-3-3------|

    (b.c)
   B B B B A A A A
E--2-2-2-2------------- somewhere after hitting the A chord --3-3-3-3--|
B--4-4-4-4---2-2-2-2--- a couple of times, he does these high --3-3-3-3--|
G--4-4-4-4---2-2-2-2--- notes that sound kinda like -----> -----------|
D--4-4-4-4---2-2-2-2--- then it goes back to the beginning. -----------|
A--2-2-2-2------------- -----------|
E--2-2-2-2------------- -----------|

and sometimes instead of going to an A chord from the B barre chord, he'll do this:
              (b.c)
             D D D D
E--2-2-2-2---5-5-5-5---|
B--4-4-4-4---7-7-7-7---|
G--4-4-4-4---7-7-7-7---|
D--4-4-4-4---7-7-7-7---|
A--2-2-2-2---5-5-5-5---|
E--2-2-2-2---5-5-5-5---|

that's pretty much it. i simplified the strumming on the tab, so you can just listen to
song to figure out the details of the way he strums each chord. hope this works out well
everyone.
