Reverend Horton Heat est un groupe de rock américain de Dallas, formé en 1985 par Jim Heath. C'est un héritier d'un style ayant obtenu ses lettres de noblesses grâce aux Cramps ou aux Meteors. Le groupe compose du fin fond du Texas un rock qui tient autant du psychobilly que du rockabilly en y injectant une ferveur toute particulière. Leur musique est un mélange de country, punk, big band swing et rockabilly.
